You can delete your DIYDRINK account and the data we hold that is linked to it at any time — either yourself, in a few taps inside the app, or by asking us to. This page explains how, and what happens next.
Open DIYDRINK, go to the Setting tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Confirm, and you're done — the account and its data are removed immediately, with no waiting on us.
If you can no longer sign in to the app (forgotten password, mailbox no longer accessible, and so on), send an email from the address you registered with to INFO@DIYDRINK.COM with the subject "Account deletion" and state the email address on your account.
Why from the registered address? It is how we confirm the request really comes from the account holder — otherwise anyone could delete anyone's account. Deleting in the app needs no such check, because being able to sign in already proves who you are. If you no longer have access to that mailbox, explain in your email and we will find another way to verify you.

Cover image files you uploaded for your custom recipes are retained on our servers indefinitely — there is no retention limit. Once your account is deleted, these files are immediately unlinked from it, so nobody can reach them through your account any more. But we have no automatic cleanup for these files, so they are not removed along with the account. If you want them deleted as well, email INFO@DIYDRINK.COM telling us which images to remove — we delete them within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.
Beyond that, we keep none of your account information. We do not hold back a copy "just in case".
Deleting in the app takes effect immediately. For email requests, we complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request — usually much sooner — and will confirm by email once it's done.
